Solar panel and window cleaning in Las Vegas

Solar panels and windows, washed the way the desert needs.

A family crew that quotes every panel and every window in writing. Panels get a pure-water rinse, glass gets care for the hard water that sprinklers leave behind.

The job list

Each panel and window, by type.

Start from this list, then send your count. The quote that comes back is in writing and lists what's included.

Solar panels

Pure-water rinse and soft brush, glass and frame. A panel is one module on the roof.

  • Panel wash, reachable from the ground or a single-story eave

Water-fed pole, pure water, no ladders on the roof.

  • Panel wash on a tile or two-story roof

Two people with roof anchors and harnesses; priced higher because it takes longer.

  • Dust, leaves and nest debris cleared from around the array

Along the edges and under the frame where we can reach. We don't install or remove critter mesh.

  • Minimum visit, solar

Covers up to 20 panels at the per-panel rate.

Windows and glass doors

Inside and out; glass, frame and sill wiped. Priced a window at a time.

  • Standard window, inside and out

Up to about 3 by 5 feet, one sash.

  • Large or picture window, inside and out

Over 3 by 5 feet, or a fixed pane.

  • Sliding glass door, inside and out

Both panels and the track wiped.

  • Screens taken down, washed and refit

Each one goes back in its own opening.

  • Tracks and sills detail

    Vacuumed, scrubbed and wiped dry.

  • Minimum visit, windows

Covers about 10 standard windows inside and out.

Your written quote lists the count, the heights and anything extra before we begin.

The dust-season calendar

When the dust lands, and when to book.

Valley dust follows the wind and the monsoon, not the calendar on the wall. This is the usual rhythm.

  • Spring wind and pollen

Wind lifts desert dust and cottonwood fluff onto glass and panels. Mid-spring books up first, so ask for a date early.

    Mar to May

  • Monsoon dust and sprinkler spray

Storm dust and sprinkler mist bake onto glass in the heat. Panels get the most sun now, so a clean one counts for more.

    Jul to Sep

  • The fall reset

The right time to wash after summer and before the low winter sun. Glass first, then panels.

    Oct to Nov

  • Winter streaks

A rare rain on dusty glass leaves streaks. Panels usually need less now, and we'll tell you when a visit can wait.

    Dec to Feb

These months are typical for the valley, not promises. A windy week moves the season.

Hard water

White rings on the glass are minerals, not dirt.

Valley tap water is hard. When a sprinkler hits a window and dries in the sun, the minerals stay behind.

  • Fresh spots usually come off in a normal wash

  • Old rings may need a mineral treatment, priced per pane

  • Etched glass can't be polished back, and we say so before we start

  • Turning a sprinkler head is what keeps the rings from coming back

Sample reviews

What neighbors say about the visit

“I never saw the haze on my panels until Jaxon rinsed them and showed me the app before and after. He also told me the winter wash wasn't worth booking.”

Saleem P.Solar owner, Green Valley Ranch

“Sprinklers had left white rings on every slider. Aniceto showed me which ones would come off and which were etched. The ones that came off look new.”

Wael K.Homeowner, Anthem

“They texted the night before with the arrival window, took the screens down without bending one and put every screen back in its own opening.”

Mckenna S.Homeowner, Queensridge

“I can't climb for the high windows anymore. Emely was patient with the dog, and the invoice matched the quote.”

Questions

Quick answers before you call.

How do you decide the price?

By the count and the reach: how many panels or windows, how high they are, and what's on the glass. The written quote adds your numbers before any work starts.

Do I need to be home?

For the outside of the glass and the panels, no, as long as we can get through the gate. For the inside of the windows, someone needs to let us in.

Do you wash panels on any roof?

No. We don't wash on steep roofs, wet roofs, windy days or damaged panels. We'll tell you what we can reach and what we can't.

What do you use on solar panels?

Pure water that has had its minerals filtered out, and a soft brush. Soap goes on only if your panel maker allows it. If your installer named a cleaning method, tell us and we follow it.

Can you get the white rings off my glass?

Fresh spots, usually. Old mineral rings sometimes, with a treatment priced per pane. If the glass is etched we say so before we start.

Are you insured?

Yes. A certificate with the limits comes to you on request. Our general liability line is in the footer.
