Mineral spot and ring removal, per pane
Outside glass only. Etched glass can't be polished back, and we'll say so before we start.
Hard water
Tap water in the valley carries minerals. Sprinklers and rain leave them on the glass, and the sun bakes them on.
A normal wash lifts dust and fresh spots. Rings that have been there for seasons sit in the surface of the glass, and that takes a treatment and more time, which is why it's priced per pane.

What comes off
From this season's sprinklers. A normal wash usually takes them.
Seasons of mineral. A treatment lifts most of it; some pane edges stay faint.
The minerals have eaten the surface. It can't be polished back, and we tell you before we start.
We use pure water on panels, not a mineral treatment.
What we quote
A mineral treatment for rings and spots a normal wash leaves behind. Results depend on how long they've been there.
Outside glass only. Etched glass can't be polished back, and we'll say so before we start.
Priced per pane. We test one pane first and show you before doing the rest.
The treatment
We treat a small corner and show you before and after.
If it lifts well, we go on. If not, we stop and you pay for the test only.
We work shaded glass first and rinse well so nothing dries on.
We point to the sprinkler heads that hit the glass.
Text a close-up photo in daylight. We'll tell you what we think before you book.
