How often should panels be washed?
In the valley, many owners wash in spring and fall. Your inverter app shows whether output has dropped. If a wash won't help, we say so.
Will you walk on my roof?
Only on roofs that are flat or low-pitch and dry, with anchors and harnesses. On anything steeper we use the pole from the ground or decline.
What if a panel is cracked?
We don't wash it. We take a photo and tell you so you can call your installer.

Text the number of panels and a photo of the roof. We'll send the price in writing.
