The job list
This is the list we quote from. Your quote adds your count, the heights and anything extra.

Water-fed pole, pure water, no ladders on the roof.
Two people with roof anchors and harnesses; priced higher because it takes longer.
Along the edges and under the frame where we can reach. We don't install or remove critter mesh.

Inside and out; glass, frame and sill wiped. Priced a window at a time.
Up to about 3 by 5 feet, one sash.
Over 3 by 5 feet, or a fixed pane.
Both panels and the track wiped.
Each one goes back in its own opening.
Vacuumed, scrubbed and wiped dry.

Your written quote lists the count, the heights and anything extra before we begin.
How pricing works
Panels, windows and doors, counted one by one and priced by type.
Ground, single-story eave, tile or two stories. Higher or slower roofs take two people and more time.
Fresh dust is quick. Hard-water rings, paint and stickers are extra.
A locked gate, a dog in the yard or a long carry adds time. Tell us when you send the count.
