Policies
Gate codes, missed spots and weather.
The terms we work to, in plain words. If something here doesn't fit your home, tell us before the visit.
Gate codes, keys and alarms
For the roof and the outside glass, we only need the gate. We write the code on the job sheet and delete it when the job is done. We don't take a house key unless you ask us to do the inside glass while you're out.
- Tell us about alarms and sensors on windows.
- Tell us about dogs and which gate they use.
- Leave sprinklers off the morning of the visit.
If we miss a spot or break something
Walk the glass with us before we leave. If you find a spot afterward, send a photo within three days and we'll come back within the week at no charge. If we damage a screen, a frame or a panel, tell us right away; our insurance covers damage we cause, and we'll send the certificate on request.
Weather and cancellations
We don't wash panels on wet roofs or in high wind. If the weather turns, we text you the same morning and move the visit to the next open day. If you need to cancel or move a visit, tell us by the afternoon before and there is no fee. A visit we can't start because the gate is locked and no one answers may be charged the minimum visit.
What we don't do
- Wash from a ladder above the second story.
- Walk steep, wet or damaged roofs.
- Repair windows, screens or panels.
- Install or remove critter mesh.
